Hyderabad: A division bench of the Telangana High Court, comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice C.V. Bhaskar Reddy, will hear an appeal filed by the BJP against the single-judge order, which allowed Telangana Police to probe a case of alleged poaching attempt of three TRS MLAs, on Tuesday.

The appeal was filed immediately after Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy removed the stay and allowed the police to probe the case.

With the case not listed before the division bench on Monday, BJP’s counsel Chinnolla Naresh Reddy requested a hearing in the post-noon session.

However, the Advocate General for Telangana requested the court to hear it on Wednesday, as the senior counsel would appear in the case on behalf of the police.

But the BJP objected to it, on the grounds that the probe was having national and international ramifications for the party. The bench agreed to hear it on Tuesday.
