BRS' Krishna Mohan failed to declare assets in nominations: BJP

Hyderabad: BJP leaders complained to Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj that the returning officer, in violation of Supreme Court judgments, had condoned BRS candidate Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy, who made the mistake of not filling Column No. 7 (111) in his nomination papers.

Gujjula Premender Reddy, TS BJP general secretary, said Mohan Reddy had not filled the column which is about assets, in his two sets of papers filed on November 9 and 10, even after the returning officer giving notice on the first day.
