Jagan is brand for Andhra Pradesh, says YSRC leader
Vijayawada: State Planning Board vice-chairman and central MLA Malladi Vishnu has said Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is a “brand” for Andhra Pradesh.
On Wednesday, Vishnu along with deputy mayor Avuthu Srisailaja and other party leaders took part in the Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam programme in the 58th Division here.
The MLA said the Citizens for Democracy has become the B team for Chandrababu. “Former state election commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh is supporting Chandrababu through his meetings. Ramesh has stooped down to promote the interests of Chandrababu but he has no moral right to talk about the YSRC government.”
He asked Ramesh to prove with evidence that the names of pro-Telugu Desam voters were deleted from the electoral rolls. “Those in the Citizens for Democracy are Chandrababu’s supporters and a Bhajan group. Chandrababu was arrested on the basis of solid evidence in the AP Skill Development scam. It is not appropriate to blame the police system.”
The MLA said Nara Lokesh had no basic idea about Aarogyasri. “TD leaders who were hiding in Hyderabad during the Corona crisis have no right to criticise the government. TD had removed Arogyasri only because that scheme was introduced by YSR.
