BJP MP Pratap Simha lambasts KPCC working president

Mysuru: Mysuru-Kodagu BJP MP Pratap Simha on Sunday, lambasted KPCC Working President Dinesh Gundurao for his controversial statement on UP Chief Minister  Yogi Adithyanath. 

Mr Dinesh Gundurao had reportedly stated that Mr Adithyanath must be greeted with slippers when he visits the state. 

Mr Simha said, “If Mr Gundurao had used the same words against a Mulla or a Maulvi, his Begum (wife) Tabu would do the same thing to him. If Mr Rao does not know how to control his tongue, we may have to teach him a lesson,” he added. 

Meanwhile, a Mysuru based social worker, Sandesh sent by courier footwear as a gift to Mr Gundurao while condemning his statement against Mr Adithyanath. He said, “Mr Rao has insulted our community (Nath community of Yogi Adithyanath) by making such a statement.”
