VISAKHAPATNAM: Fisheries minister Sidiri Appalaraju on Sunday asked Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan not to link three marriages with three capitals for  Pradesh.

Condemning the attack on ministers at Visakhapatnam Airport by the popular actor’s party workers on Saturday evening, the minister told reporters in Palasa of Srikakulam district that political parties must function within democratic principles for welfare of the people and not harm them.

Appalaraju declared that Visakha Garjana will become part of history, as lakhs of people had rallied for the procession and the public meeting that followed despite heavy rain.

“The rally will remain in annals of history despite Pawan’s attempt to shift focus from it,” Appalaraju underlined.
