Police Register Sumoto Case Against Goshamahal Constituency Candidate T Raja Singh

Hyderabad: The Mangalhat police on Thursday registered a case of promoting enmity between classes against BJP Goshamahal contestant T. Raja Singh, MLA. The case was registered under Section 125 (promoting enmity between classes in connection with election) of the Representation of the Public Act 1951.

According to the police, Raja Singh had delivered a hate speech at a community hall in Maharajgunj a few days back. After going through the video clip, in which Raja Singh had purportedly targeted a particular community, police booked a suo motu case, it was stated.
