TD complaint against gambling in Gudiwada

Vijayawada: TD leaders lodged a complaint with Krishna district police that the ruling YSRC leaders had helped in gambling, betting, speculation and vulgar dances in several parts of the state during the three-day Sankranti festival.

"We would like to bring to your notice about one such gambling centre at K Convention premises in Gudivada town.  Ironically, the police that were supposed to prevent such illegal activities kept away so as to allow anti-social elements to rule the roost," the TD leaders stated in the complaint.
