Law and order situation deteriorating: BS Yeddyurappa

HASSAN: Former CM and BJP state president B.S. Yeddyurappa on Tuesday criticized the state government over the deteriorating law and order situation claiming it lacks seriousness in arresting murderers, extortionists and rapists.

At a press conference here, Mr Yeddyurappa pointed to the murder of RSS leader Rudresh in Bengaluru and said so far, police have not made any arrests. “Is the state government sensitive enough?” he said. The state is reeling under drought; he said and alleged that the government has failed to initiate relief measures.
