TD will win 2024 elections, asserts Naidu
VIJAYAWADA: Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday termed MLC election results as a reflection of the inconceivable pain farmers, underprivileged, youth and government employees are going through under the rule of the Jagan Mohan Reddy's government.
The former chief minister asserted that people have revolted against the ruling YSRC and will ensure Telugu Desam’s victory in the next assembly elections. He maintained that people will no longer tolerate this dangerous government.
Addressing a press conference, Chandrababu Naidu said TDP and PDF had coordinated with each other in exercising the second preference vote, which has led to the defeat of YSRC candidates in the graduates’ constituencies. He also thanked CPI and the CPM for their cooperation.
The TD chief said results clearly indicate anti-incumbency among people. “The Chief Minister believes only in money and muscle power. The war between Jagan Mohan Reddy and the five crore people of the state has begun. YSRC will soon disappear into oblivion,” he declared.
