TDP MLA Accuses YSRCP Government of Alleged Rs 3.29 Lakh Crore Scam
There is no account of Rs 8,600 crore panchayat funds, Rs 32,000 cr NREGS amount, Rs 42,000 cr of JJM and Rs 6,000 cr of liquor money
Kakinada: Rajamahendravaram Rural MLA Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary on Friday accused YRC government of looting Rs 3.29 lakh crore during the past four and half years of its rule.
Speaking to media in Rajamahendravaram, he declared that after coming to power in 2024, Telugu Desam government will organise a detailed probe into all the scams.
“We will punish YSRCP and make it cough up all the money,” Buchaiah Chowdary stated.
He pointed out that the union government had released Rs 1.10 lakh crore for various projects. He maintained that there is no account of Rs 8,600 crore panchayat funds, Rs 32,000 crore NREGS amount, Rs 42,000 crore of Jal Jeevan Mission and Rs 6,000 crore of liquor money swindled annually.
The MLA alleged that YSRC had generated fake way bills for sand and siphoned off Rs 25,000 crore. He pointed out that YSRC had promised Rs 3,000 to each pensioner. But it has not been fulfilled so far.
On land scam, Buchaiah Chowdary said former minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, a YSRC MLA, has openly confessed land encroachments in a big-way over Visakhapatnam being made the capital. He underlined that YSRC leaders had purchased lands in Vizag for Rs 10 lakh an acre, which the YSRC government purchased from them for Rs 50 lakh.
He criticised Jagan Mohan Reddy regime for implementing Arogya Suraksha scheme of the centre, claiming it as its own scheme.
