K Chandrasekhar Rao set to announce LS candidates today
The party chief, whose aim is to win 16 Lok Sabha seats, is keen on fielding winning horses in all constituencies.
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao has reportedly completed his exercise to announce the list of candidates for Lok Sabha seats on the auspicious day of Pournami of the month of Phalguna on Thursday.
Following the announcement by Mr Chandra-sekhar Rao at the Nizamabad public meeting on Tuesday that he would release the list of candidates on Thursday, the aspirants and sitting MPs are anxious.
Mr Rao had already indicated during the Karim-nagar and Nizamabad meetings that Mr B. Vinod Kumar from Karimnagar and Ms K. Kavitha from Nizamabad Lok Sabha seats would be fielded for the second time.

In view of the reports that the party chief would drop some of the sitting MPs, there are speculations of replacing the sitting MPs of Khammam, Mahbubnagar and Mahbubabad with new candidates.
With the latest development of senior Congress leader that D.K. Aruna likely to join the BJP and contest from Mahbub-nagar. sources said Mr Chandrasekhar Rao was re-thinking about fielding Mr Jitender Reddy in that constituency.
The reasoning is that since Jitender Reddy came from the BJP to the TRS, and therefore he could manage the BJP vote bank in the segment.
Earlier reports indicated that Mr Chandrasekhar Rao would nominate industrialist M.S.N. Reddy from Mahbubnagar.
As the sitting MPs from Peddapalli and Malkajgiri were elected to the Assembly and with the resignation of Chevella MP Mr Konda Vishwesh-war Reddy, the party chief is in search of new faces for the three segments.
