Only BJP can provide a government of the people: Kishan

HYDERABAD: Union minister G. Kishan Reddy on Thursday declared, “Only the BJP can stand up to the BRS. It is only the BJP can provide a democratic government in the state unlike the current family rule.”

Speaking to media persons during his tour of the Amberpet Assembly constituency as part of the BJP’s ‘Intintiki BJP’ programme on Thursday, during which he visited many homes and informed people about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nine year rule, Kishan Reddy said. “There is absolutely no difference between the Congress and the BRS and they are one and the same as the MLAs who win on a Congress ticket join the BRS.”

A stable and people-centric government was possible only under the overall leadership of Modi, Kishan Reddy said, adding, “If corrupt parties get together and are allowed to win, they will tear the country apart.”

“Telangana was formed after sacrifices by many, but today it has gone into the hands of one family that has looted thousands of crores of rupees and is now planning to use this loot to buy votes and return to power. Corruption rules the roost in Telangana, and the Kalvakuntla family is trying to fool the people of the state through lies. The BRS must be defeated to ensure a government of the people in Telangana,” Kishan Reddy said.
