ADILABAD/KARIMNAGAR: Opposition parties, university students and unemployed youth are hyperactive on social networking sites as far as campaigning for the elections are concerned.

University students and unemployed youth are questioning the false promises of the ruling TRS government and its failure in creating jobs. They are also questioning the credibility of the promises of jobs being made by the Congress party.

Some youth are posting short films they have made on political issues on social networking sites. This trend is fast catching up in the view of elections.

People have easy access to the materials groups are posting on social networking sites on their mobiles and  improved internet access even in interior and rural areas in the old Adilabad and Karimnagar districts. Campaigners are easily sharing information and spreading it within no time among thousands of people and creating a mood in favour of and against a particular person, party or issue.

Former Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar regularly posts videos of Mr Rao speaking on various issues and appealing to people to take a decision after watching the videos.
