Kakinada: Don’t believe promises made by N Chandrababu Naidu, says Jagan Mohan Reddy
The YSRC chief emphasised that he was not someone who forgets his promises and vowed to implement every promise without fail.
Kakinada: YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday said that a law should be enacted to ensure implementation of election manifesto after political parties come to power.
Addressing a public meeting at Pithapuram here, Mr Reddy said that political parties should be held accountable to the people.
The YSRC chief emphasised that he was not someone who forgets his promises and vowed to implement every promise without fail.
He said that the people, in particular the elderly, SHG women and youth should not believe the Rs 2,000 pensions and Rs 3,000 Pasupu Kumkuma and scholarships since they were being implemented by the TD government since the past three months only.
He said that every man and woman should educate voters that the YSRC would come to power and all their problems would be sorted out. Mr Reddy said that the party’s ‘Navaratnalu’ would transform the lives of the people. He told the people that Mr Naidu’s defeat was certain and he will come to power soon, and urged SHG members and other sections of the society to be not misled by the TD chief.
