Mainampally Invited to Join Congress
Congress leaders Damodar Raja Narasimha and Anjan Kumar Yadav reach Mainampally's residence
Congress leader and former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav and former Deputy CM of United Andhra Pradesh Damodar Raja Narasimha reached BRS rebel MLA Mynampally Hanumantha Rao's residence and invite him to join the party this morning.
The BRS rebel MLA quit the BRS last week after differences developed with the party leadership over his son not being given MLA ticket for the upcoming Assembly elections. Though Mynampally's name appeared in the first list released by the BRS boss K. Chandrasekhar Rao, his son's name was not included in it, which led to the rift with the BRS leadership.

It is worth mentioning that Mynampally also fumed at Telagnana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao's nephew and minister T. Harish Rao alleging that he had resorted to huge corruption after entering politics. Mynampally made the statement in the public and even said that he would ensure that Harish Rao was defeated during the next elections, as he would be busy with looking into both the constituencies he and his son would contest this time.
