BJP admits W3Layouts mistake

Nellore: Responding to the outcry from various quarters over removing the back link of Nellore-based software firm W3Layouts after using their free template, the BJP has clarified to the organisation that their web developer had made a mistake. The party said the back link was removed without going through the licence terms of W3Layouts.

This newspaper had reported on Tuesday that the BJP was using the template for its website after speaking with W3Layouts founder Hidayathullah Shaik on Tuesday.

In this backdrop, W3layouts, in a post on Twitter on Tuesday, said that the issue with the BJP had been resolved and they did not have any outstanding issues whatsoever.
