Party whip not allowed to speak; DMK walks out
The Speaker said he had not gone through it and he would give a ruling later.

Chennai: The DMK on Wednesday staged a walk out from the Assembly over the Speaker's decision not to allow party whip R. Chakrapani to raise an issue.
Speaking in the budget discussion, Chakrapani complained that the scheme was not being properly implemented and went to say a specific issue on the subject. The Speaker immediately expunged the remarks.
However, Leader of Opposition M.K. Stalin and deputy floor leader K. Duraimurugan insisted that Chakrapani had evidence which had been submitted to the Speaker.
The Speaker said he had not gone through it and he would give a ruling later.
Later, the Speaker gave a ruling saying that the entire issue, including the Speaker's remarks would be expunged
