BJP leader Kishan Reddy wants KCR to call city MLAs meet

Mr Reddy said there should be a mechanism in place to discuss and resolve several issues facing the city.

Hyderabad: BJP Legislature Party leader G. Kishan Reddy asked Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to convene a meeting of legislators from the city immediately to discuss various problems plaguing the metropolitan area for the last few years.

He told mediapersons that the District Development Review Committee had been scrapped by the TRS government three years ago. Mr Reddy said there should be a mechanism in place to discuss and resolve several issues facing the city. He said Mr Rao had promised several things for the city, including converting the capital to a global city with international standards, but no major development scheme had been launched .
