Hyderabad: TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was trying to “cover up’ erosion of public support through “fake surveys and bogus awards.”

Speaking to mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan, he asked why Mr Rao was worried about the results of the 2019 polls if he was popular among the masses. “Why is he conducting surveys almost on a monthly basis? The surveys outcome are nothing but a farce and an attempt to mislead the people and his cadre”, he said.
