K Chandrasekhar Rao, KTR playing drama over settlers: Telangana TD
So the people knows it is dangerous to vote for TRS in the upcoming Assembly elections.
Hyderabad: Telangana TD on Monday accused caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and his son K.T. Rama Rao of “playing a drama” with the Seemandhra settlers in Telangana.
Telangana TD general secretary N. Narsireddy said that while Mr Rao was insulting the people of Seemandhra, his son Rama Rao was saying that he would protect their interests.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Mr Narsireddy said though the TRS claimed that Telugu people had got recognition due to former Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao, it insulted him by refusing to name the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport's domestic terminal after him.
“Mr Rao said regional parties should win in the elections, but on the other hand, he was colluding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in conspiring to destroy the TD,” Mr Narsireddy said. He also challenged Mr Rama Rao if he could deny that he removed 26 communities belonging to AP who had settled in Telangana from the BC list.
“The driver of the TRS (Mr Chandrasekhar Rao) is hiding in his farmhouse out of fear that he would be caught for drunk driving. While he is holding the steering, the brakes, accelerator and hand-break are with Mr Harish Rao, Ms Kavitha and Mr Santosh respectively. So the people knows it is dangerous to vote for TRS in the upcoming Assembly elections,” Mr Narsireddy said.
