Dr K Laxman seeks K Chandrasekhar Rao apology to soldiers
Dr K. Laxman asked the Chief Minister to explain to the people what he will do if the TRS wins 16 Lok Sabha seats from the state.
Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president Dr K. Laxman on Saturday urged TRS president and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to tender an apology to the soldiers for humiliating them with his comments on surgical strikes at a public meeting held at Miryalguda on Friday.
He said that after coming to power at the Centre, the BJP would probe into the corruption done by the TRS Government in the state.
Terming Rao as a ‘pseudo-Hindu’, he alleged: “KCR is not a Hindu. He is a greater Muslim than Asaduddin Owaisi.”
Talking to mediapersons, Dr Laxman said that Rao was scared after seeing the massive public turnout for the meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Mahbubnagar.
Maintaining that victory of the BJP was imminent in the Lok Sabha elections, he said the flop show of TRS at the LB Stadium, which had to be cancelled due to poor turnout, was an example of the high-handed attitude of the TRS leaders and their boss. The people hated the language the TRS leaders were using against the Prime Minister, he said.
He said that Rao was shaken after the defeat of three party-backed MLC candidates in the recent elections.
