BJP leads huge rally for 2BHK Houses in Palamuru
The Telangana BJP leaders led a huge rally protesting against the BRS government for failing to provide 2BHK houses in Palamuru. Apparently, the rally was a sea of humanity with the party leaders and activists participating in a large number.
Addressing the gathering, BJP state president G. Kishan Reddy alleged that BRS president and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao spent crores of rupees on building his houses with bullet proof houses in 10 acres but has neglected providing houses to the poor and middle-class in the state.
Kishan Reddy reminded that the Congress was given 10 acres for the party building and that the BRS took 11 acres for constructing its party office. “But there is no room for houses for the poor,” he pointed out.
The BJP state chief pointed out that all the MLAs have got their houses built in all Telangana constituencies but the poor do not have their houses yet.
Ahead of the elections, the opposition parties have begun raising their voices against the ‘irregularities’ and ‘misgovernance’ of the ruling party. The BJP is trying to gain some brownie points by highlighting the unkept promises of the BRS.
