TRS men hurl chairs, seek bigger role
Mr Baig said that the Chief Minister wanted the schemes to be implemented in an a political manner.
Khammam: TRS activists broke chairs and raised slogans against party district president Budan Ali Baig during a party meeting for the upcoming panchayat polls in Madhira on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Mr Baig said the government was implementing schemes to benefit people from all walks of life and began praising Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
In response, TRS leader Cheedirala Venkateswarlu said that the government should involve party leaders and workers in the implementation of the welfare schemes. He said that the cadres were troubled by the fact that party leaders did not receive information regarding the impending launch of new schemes in the villages.

At this, activists began hurling chairs and shouting “Baig, down down.” Khammam MP Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy stepped in and calmed tempers.
