Unions Demand Job for Kin of Staff

Hyderabad: Pendyala Kishan, 48, contract outsourcing entomology worker with the urban malaria scheme, collapsed while performing election duties at the GHMC head office and died on Tuesday. Following the incident, employee unions demanded that the authorities give a job to one of Kishan’s family members and pay Rs.20 lakh compensation to the family.
