Creditsafe expands its Hyderabad facility, doubling seating capacity and workforce to 500, focusing on AI and data innovations

Hyderabad: Creditsafe Technology, an ancillary of Creditsafe Group which is into providing business credit intelligence, announced the expansion of its Hyderabad facility. The 30,000 sqft facility in Hitec Citywill double the seating capacity and add training facilities. Currently, its Hyderabad office employs 240 people. It has plans to increase the workforce to 500 in three years.

The Hyderabad facility is its largest product development base. It will focus on innovations in data analytics and AI integration. With integration of AI, the company is set to enhance credit risk assessment, data management, and customer insights.

“Creditsafe is committed to grow in Hyderabad. Telangana’s tech talent pool, innovative incubators, and supportive ecosystem offer avenues for Creditsafe’s growth from talent acquisition to R&D,” said John Seery, chief technology officer, Creditsafe Group.

“The new facilities will enable us to improve our product offerings and continue to innovate, while maintaining a competitive edge. Creditsafe plans to recruit in Hyderabad across software development, data science, product management, and project management,” said Kishore Reddy Kancherla, managing director, Creditsafe Technology, a release said.
