Case against Instagrammer for giving away cash

Hyderabad:A video posted on social media has gone viral showing an unidentified person offering Rs 20,000 to anyone who picks it up. The incident took place near Exit No. 9 on the Outer Ring Road in Ghatkesar. In the video, the individual can be seen placing the money on the road with a message saying anyone who finds it can take it.

The video was filmed four days ago but began circulating widely only lately. Police have taken note of the incident and a case has been registered at the Ghatkesar Police Station against the unidentified offender.

The police are currently investigating the matter to identify the person. However, a source said that the accused's Instagram ID is identified as 'Chandurockz' and the police are looking further to contact the accused behind the money hunting challenge.
