Home Guard’s Bid to Die by Suicide

Hyderabad:A Home Guard allegedly attempted to kill himself by suicide over a property dispute, near Ghatkesar police station. A case was registered after a complaint was taken into consideration.

According to police, the home guard, identified as Mohammad Ghanu Haimad, 30, works at Cherlapally police station. On November 26, he reached out to Ghatkesar police regarding a property dispute between him and his relatives.

Both the parties were counselled and sent back with the assurance that there will be an investigation and further action would be taken based on that.

However, on November 27, Wednesday, he reached the police station and requested a meeting with the circle inspector.
