Karnataka liquor seized in Kurnool district

Kurnool: In a crackdown on illegal liquor trafficking, the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) seized a significant amount of liquor originating from Karnataka during a vehicle inspection drive near Kanakaveedu village in Nandavaram mandal on Friday night.

According to Yemmiganur SEB circle inspector A. Bhargava Reddy, SEB officials intercepted vehicles and discovered a total of 576 packets of liquor being transported illegally from Karnataka.
A man identified as Venkatesh was apprehended in connection with the seizure.The SEB has registered a case against Venkatesh for violating liquor transportation laws. Sub-inspector Satyanarayana and other SEB personnel participated in the successful raid.
