"The accused would receive a commission for each person he sent to these scam companies in Cambodia , once they reach Cambodia, the victims are directed by Arya and Habib from the Philippines to carry out the unlawful activities", said Visakhapatnam Police Commissioner Shankhabrata Bagchi.

Parthasarathy was intercepted at the Bhubaneswar Airport upon his return from Cambodia, based on a look-out circular issued by the Visakhapatnam Cyber Crime Police. He was subsequently taken into custody and is currently under interrogation.
