Malappuram: Wayanad Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Sunday urged party workers and supporters to view their political struggle as a broader fight for India's Constitution and democracy. Speaking at a public event in Malappuram, she accused the central government of attempting to weaken constitutional values.
"This fight is not just about politics or ideology. It is a fight for the essence of India, for everything that makes our nation what it is," Priyanka Gandhi said. She emphasized that, for the first time in history, India has a government that is actively undermining democracy and constitutional principles.
Encouraging party workers, she stated, "You are not just warriors for the UDF; you are warriors for the soul of India."
