50 ashram school students hospitalised

Visakhapatnam: 50 students of Jamiguda Tribal residential school under Dumbriguda mandal of Alluri Sitarama Raju district were hospitalised due to suspected food poisoning on Friday evening. They were all shifted to Araku Area Hospital where they were being treated by a team of doctors.
“It seems they were served contaminated eggs for dinner. We shifted 50 students to hospital where three students were administered saline due to dehydration. All are out of danger,’’ said ASR district collector A.S. Dinesh Kumar.
