Andhra Pradesh Farmer Heads to Delhi for I-Day fete

Kurnool: Nallapu Malyadri, a farmer from Pedda Kandlagunta in Prakasam district, received a rare opportunity to participate in the Independence Day celebrations in New Delhi.

Selected among the farmers who have benefited from the PM Kisan scheme, Malyadri has been the representative from one of the five districts in the state. He departed on Monday and will return on August 17 after the festivities. Mandal agriculture officer Vijaya Kumar handed over the travel tickets to him.
