AP: Detailed report on flood losses to be submitted to Naidu

Vijayawada: In response to severe flooding in Bapatla district, ministers Gottipati Ravikumar and Anagani Satyaprasad have been touring affected areas to assess the damage and oversee relief efforts.

The ministers visited several villages, including Chatagadda, Rudravaram, Morthota, Tiratla Lanka, and others. They engaged with residents, addressed grievances, and issued instructions to resolve issues swiftly.
During their visits, they inspected submerged farmlands and shrimp ponds, particularly in Mynenivaripalem, Morthota, and Chatragadda. They assessed agricultural losses and assured farmers of government support.
Minister Ravikumar affirmed the government's commitment to aiding flood victims, stating, "The Chandrababu Naidu government is dedicated to supporting every single flood victim."
The Ministers also visited a rehabilitation centre in Bobbaralanka housing around 50 displaced families. Minister Satyaprasad confirmed that officials are assessing damage to crops and infrastructure, and a detailed report will be submitted to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Relief will be provided to affected farmers.
