Naidu announces record membership for Telugu Desam
Vijayawada: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced a milestone achievement in the party's membership drive, with registrations crossing a record 7.3 million. The announcement was made during a review meeting at the party headquarters on Thursday.
Congratulating party workers and leaders for their efforts, Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the top-performing constituencies in the membership drive—Rajampet, Nellore, Kuppam, Palnadu, and Mangalagiri. He noted that a significant portion of the new registrations came from youth and women, reflecting a growing engagement with the party across diverse demographics.
Chandrababu Naidu also stressed that the TDP is not merely focused on expanding its membership base but is equally committed to the welfare of its cadre. The party is working on comprehensive plans aimed at fostering growth and development within its community, he added.
