CM Naidu's Secretary Reviews Naravaripalle Development, Calls for Skill Training
Tirupati: Principal secretary to Chief Minister, P.S. Pradyumna, has instructed officials to accelerate development plans for Naravaripalle, the native village of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He also urged the swift completion of national highway projects in the Tirupati district.
At a meeting in Srikalahasti on Tuesday, Pradyumna, along with district collector Dr S. Venkateswar and joint collector Shubham Bansal, reviewed land acquisition and project progress. He emphasised a community asset survey in Naravaripalle and suggested skill training for youth under schemes like Swayam Sakthi Plus.
Key initiatives discussed included promoting natural farming, introducing horticulture alternatives, and leveraging schemes such as Stand-Up India to foster entrepreneurship. Officials were also directed to ensure 100% LED use in villages and promote rooftop solar installations.
The collector reported ₹80 lakh in CSR funds from Sri City for digital classrooms and infrastructure in Naravaripalle. A job mela is planned for January, and women’s self-help groups are being empowered through projects like e-auto services.
Pradyumna inspected works along the Renigunta-Naidupeta national highway following the meeting, accompanied by district officials.
