VIJAYAWADA: Former minister and YSRC leader Jogi Ramesh has alleged that the TD government arrested his son, Jogi Rajeev, by implicating him in false cases solely to harass him.

Speaking to the media at his residence following his son's arrest by ACB officials, Jogi Ramesh said, “My son studied in America and worked at Deloitte. The government wants to harass a young man who is a software professional. This is a ploy by the government to harass us politically.”

Jogi Ramesh reiterated that they had legally purchased and registered the land. However, he claimed that the TD government is making baseless allegations against them, which they will confront and fight legally.
Additionally, Jogi Rajeev, speaking to the media, alleged that the government is engaging in vengeful politics and arrested him to take revenge on his father, Jogi Ramesh. “There were no irregularities in the Agri Gold lands bought by us. We purchased the Agri Gold properties like everyone else did,” Rajeev told reporters.
