Leopard continues prowling Mahanandi

Anantapur: A leopard is continuing to prowl around the Mahanandi temple in Nandyal district. On Friday, CCTV cameras spotted the wild cat near the Gosala premises as well as the main temple area.
Temple authorities and the forest department have asked devotees to be cautious. To be on the safe side, they have closed access to the areas where the leopard had been noticed during the past few days.
Forest department is trying to track the leopard and drive it back into the forest area.
