It is not true that laddus are only available once a month for pilgrims without darshan tokens or tickets.

Extra laddus can be taken every day.

Tirupati: Addressing recent reports claiming that devotees can only receive two laddus and must present an Aadhaar card for additional servings, and that laddus are available only once a month, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has clarified that these reports are false.
