BJP MLA Raja Singh writes to Shah over threat calls

Hyderabad: Goshamahal MLA and BJP leader T. Raja Singh on Wednesday wrote to Home Minister Amit Shah after receiving death threats from unknown numbers. He expressed frustration over the lack of action from authorities despite previous complaints.

“Despite lodging complaints regarding these threats previously, it appears that no action has been taken to address this matter,” he wrote, citing the screenshots of the threats as evidence. The BJP MLA also requested the Home Minister to have his letter forwarded to the Telangana DGP, demanding their attention to the matter.

Taking to social media platform X, Singh expressed his distress, stating, "Once again, I'm receiving death threats from multiple numbers today. This isn't the first time I've been targeted with such threats. Despite previous complaints, it seems no action will be taken. Nonetheless, as a responsible citizen, I feel obligated to inform the police department of this situation. (sic)"
