Jr NTR Donates Rs 1 crore to Telugu States CM Relief Fund

Tollywood star actor Jr NTR had come out to support rain devastated telugu states and announced a donation of Rs 1 crore (Rs 50 lakh each) to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday.

The RRR actor said that the flood situation in the Telugu states had deeply saddened him, "I sincerely pray to god for the quick recovery of the people from this disaster," he said.
In a post on 'X' the Young Tiger wrote, "As my contribution to aid the relief efforts for the flood disaster, I am announcing a donation of 50 lakhs each to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana."

On the work front Jr NTR's action-drama 'Devara' is set to release later this month, while a new single from the movie will release tomorrow.   

Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will be visiting flood-affected areas in Mahabubabad district on Tuesday, the second day of his tour to rain-hit places. 

On the other hand, Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu said he will request the central government to declare the flood in the state as a national calamity. At least 17 people have been killed in rain-related incidents and the floods.
