Siddaramaiah will face jail soon, says Yediyurappa

Ballari: Former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP Parliamentary Committee member BS Yediyurappa declared that the time for Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to face jail is imminent.

Speaking during a roadshow in Sandur constituency today, Yediyurappa alleged that Siddaramaiah and his wife are embroiled in the MUDA (Mysuru Urban Development Authority) scam and the case is currently under investigation by the Lokayukta.

“We have demanded that the MUDA scam investigation be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Once the CBI takes over, Siddaramaiah will be arrested and sent to jail within 24 hours,” Yediyurappa stated.

“The days of using money, power, caste politics, and deceit are over, Siddaramaiah. The people are aware now and will not fall for your tricks. We are confident of winning all three constituencies in the upcoming by-elections,” he added.

Yediyurappa urged voters to support BJP candidate Bangaru Hanumantha.

The event also saw the presence of former Minister Janardhana Reddy and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council, Chalavadi Narayanaswamy.
