Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar Takes Oath as 23rd Governor of Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram: Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar took oath as the 23rd Governor of Kerala at Raj Bhavan on Thursday. Justice Nitin Jamdar, Chief Justice of Kerala High Court, administered the oath.
Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar succeeded Arif Mohammed Khan, who was appointed as the Governor of Bihar. President Droupadi Murmu made outgoing Governor of Bihar, Arlekar, the Governor of Kerala last week.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, Cabinet ministers, and leaders of various political parties.
