Medico Donates Rs26L for Amaravati, Polavaram

Vijayawada: Ambula Vaishnavi, a medical student, from Mudinepalli of Eluru district has donated Rs25 lakh for the construction of Amaravati and Rs1 lakh for the Polavaram project through a cheque.

She handed over the donation to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu here on Saturday. CM honoured Vaishnavi on the occasion and announced her as the brand ambassador of Amaravati. Vaishnavi is currently studying MBBS second year in a medical college in Vijayawada. The CM congratulated Vaishnavi and her father Ambula Manoj on this occasion.

Chandrababu heaped praise on Vaishnavi for selling land and donating for the construction of the capital. Vaishnavi, who is currently a medical student, with the help of her father, donated to the capital and Polavaram. Chandrababu said that Vaishnavi is an inspiration for today's youth. Chandrababu said that his government will make the dreams of such youth come true.
