Telangana: TSSDC Chairman Urges Seed Awareness Among Farmers

Adilabad: Telangana State Seed Development Corporation (TSSDC) chairman S. Anvesh Reddy on Wednesday asked agriculture officials to reach out to farmers and create awareness among them about the seeds being manufactured and sold by the corporation. He said officials must create confidence among farmers about the quality of the seeds produced by the corporation.

He said officials concerned should make the farmers aware of the difference between seeds manufactured by the government and those by private companies.

He said the state government led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was committed to the welfare of farmers and added that they would take the suggestions from farmers to strengthen the corporation.
