Held at Golden Palm Sainik Bhawan in Secunderabad, the event was part of the celebrations for the 9th Armed Forces Veterans Day.

The job fair, conducted under the aegis of the Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), brought together 12 multinational and private companies, along with partners like the Magic Bus Foundation, Factset Research Systems, and Telangana Overseas Management Company (Tomcom). The event aimed to connect ex-servicemen and their families with job opportunities in diverse sectors.

Deputy GOC Brigadier N.V. Nanjundeshwara, representing HQ TASA, addressed the gathering, motivating aspirants to make the most of the opportunity. Col B.G. Budhori (retd), director AWPO for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, provided an overview of the event and its goals.

The event saw participation from 233 candidates, including 206 ex-servicemen and 27 Veer Naris/dependents.

The organisers expressed hope that such collaborations would continue to bridge the gap between ex-servicemen and employers, enabling a smoother transition for veterans into the workforce.
