Adilabad Collector asks students to develop scientific temperament

Adilabad: Collector Rajarshi Shaw emphasised the importance of developing a scientific temperament, critical thinking, and career focus among students while addressing the valedictory function of the three-day state-level Chekumuki Science Sambaralu, organised by Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV) in Adilabad town on Monday.

The collector commended JVV for its efforts in promoting science among students and society with the motto "Praja Kosam Science, Pragathi Kosam Science, Desam Kosam... Swalambana Kosam." He encouraged the organisation to conduct more events to inspire scientific thinking in children and increase public awareness about the importance of science in daily life.
During the event, Rajarshi Shaw congratulated students from 33 districts who participated in the science exhibitions and presented awards to the winners and runners-up for their innovative projects.
Adilabad DEO Praneetha, district science officer Raghu Ramana, Dr Thangarajan, JVV state general secretary Raja, and leaders Srinath, Laxma Reddy, Ravinder Reddy, Umakanth, and Pentaparthy Ushamma were present at the event.
