Bhatti hails Jharkhand victory as people's faith in INDIA bloc

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who served as AICC’s senior observer and chief campaigner for the Congress in the Jharkhand Assembly elections, celebrated the coalition's landslide victory in Ranchi on Saturday. He said the victory marked a strong endorsement of the INDIA bloc’s pro-people and pro-poor governance agenda.

Speaking at the victory celebrations alongside JMM chief and Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Bhatti expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Jharkhand for reaffirming their faith in the alliance.

"I wholeheartedly thank the people of Jharkhand for reaffirming their faith in I.N.D.I.A. and choosing a pro-people, pro-poor government once again," Bhatti said adding that this historic mandate was a testament to the trust and hope placed in the alliance’s vision and leadership.

Bhatti praised the leadership of AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, thanking them for the opportunity to lead the campaign in Jharkhand.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy extended his congratulations to Priyanka Gandhi for her victory in the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency. Celebrating the Congress leader's debut in Parliament, he described it as a transformative moment for the party and the country.

In a post on X on Saturday, Revanth Reddy wrote, "Heartiest congratulations to our leader Smt Priyanka Gandhi Ji on a spectacular, record victory in Wayanad. Her debut into Parliament will prove to be a red-letter day for our country and democracy. Women will find a voice like never before. Every member of the Congress family is rejoicing & celebrating this glorious win.”
