BJP Corporators Allege Illegal Layout Permissions in LB Nagar

Hyderabad: BJP corporators from the LB Nagar constituency on Thursday lodged a complaint with the GHMC against Western Construction (Tapovan), claiming that the layout permission had been granted illegally. According to them, the layout did not have a no-objection certificate from the forest and revenue departments.

The company is developing a layout on a six-acre land parcel in Vanasthalipuram.

In a letter to the GHMC town planning winning, the corporators sought action against the real estate firm as well as against circle level officials and those involved in granting permission.
