BRS MLAs, MLCs, MPs to Give One Month Salary for Flood Relief

Hyderabad: All BRS MPs, MLAs and MLCs will donate their salary for one month to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as part of their contribution to the ongoing flood relief efforts, party leader T. Harish Rao said. He said Party president and former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was moved by the plight of those affected by the floods and took the decision.

He said they will be sending six truckloads of relief material to Khammam district from Siddipet on Thursday. The BRS has already launched rescue and relief works in flood-affected areas, Harish Rao said.
