Class X student punished, hand fractured

Nizamabad:Parents of a Class X student have demanded action against a teacher at Government High School in Dubba after their daughter was reportedly beaten by the educator recently that left her with a minor fracture to the hand.

According to reports, the student left school before the completion of special classes for Class X students. On Wednesday, the teacher allegedly assaulted her for not attending the sessions.

Initially, the student did not report any injury, but after visiting a hospital, a doctor diagnosed her with a mild hand fracture. Despite the injury, she continued attending classes as usual.

Concerned by the incident, the student’s parents lodged a formal complaint with the III Town Police and urged authorities to take strict action against the teacher.
